In this program, investigated, analyzed and sorted (scientific and practice) the problems relevant to propagation, culture and postharvest physiology of ornamental plants. Then references reviewed and by omitting the now solved problems, research aims characterized. Compiling and ordering of main research designs according to human and financial resources in Iran defined in short, mid and long time programs. According that, 23 preferences on postharvest physiology, 7 preferences on propagation and 19 preferences on culture of ornamental plants compiled and offered to achieve the below developing aims. 1. Removal the problems on propagation and production of healthy and certified seed, plantlet and bulb of ornamental plants at producer need and to reduce importing that. 2. Removal the production problems and increasing the area, quantity, quality and variation of productions in ornamental plants, according to different climates in Iran. 3.
