چکیده مقاله:
The interest to surveying happiness of human resource at work and effective criteria on happiness in recent decades has increased. This study pioneers in using the fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method to find influential criteria on happiness of human resource at work. The DEMATEL method evaluates human resource performance to find key criteria to improve performance human resource and provides a novel approach of decision-making information in increase of happiness and outcomes. This research designs a fuzzy DEMATEL questionnaire sent to twenty three professional personnel in the Banks. Our research results find that criteria of job satisfaction, Thriving & Flourishing, Specialization and Good work/life balance are the most effective criteria on the subject of happiness of human resource at work and have the strongest connection to other criteria.
