  • Blackjack is the most popular casino card game in America for a reason: easy to play, lots of fun and potentially big payouts. Also known as “21,” blackjack is a traditional card game where the object is to draw cards that total 21 or come closer to 21 than the dealer. All cards count at face value, while the king, queen and jack count as 10, and the ace counts as either 1 or 11.

  • As in traditional baccarat, mini-baccarat involves just a few decisions: how much you want to bet, and whether to bet on the bank, the player, tie, or the pairs wager. In betting on the bank, the casino will collect 5% vigorish or commission charge on money won. The commission is paid at the end of play or at the conclusion of each shoe.

Players may place a pairs wager by placing a wager on one or both of two designated betting areas on the table layout. These betting areas are identified as player pair and banker pair, and are located on either side of the betting area for the tie hand. A winning pairs wager pays 11 to 1. A winning tie bet pays 8 to 1.

At Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, we also offer commission-less baccarat. The dealer will charge every player at the table a vigorish equal to 50 percent of the player’s wager on the “banker's hand” if the banker’s hand wins with a point count of 6. The vigorish will be taken out of the wining banker’s wager during the pay-and-take phase of the game. All other winning banker’s hands will not be charged a vigorish.

Super 6 is a side-bet on the banker to win with a point- count total of 6, with any other outcome being a loss. All wagers on the Super 6 will be paid 12 to 1.
