Hiroki Touchi

Hiroki Touchi (Japanese: 東地宏樹 Tōchi Hiroki) is a Japanese voice actor for Pokémon the Series and Pokémon Horizons: The Series.

Biography

Touchi was born on May 26, 1966, in Tokyo, Japan. He became a voice actor as an adult and led a prolific career since the 1980s. Touchi provided his voice for Team Plasma scientist Colress during Pokémon the Series: Black & White. He also voiced Team Flare leader Lysandre in Pokémon Generations and Kabu in Pokémon Horizons: The Series. He is currently affiliated with Office Osawa.
