Biography
Terrell earned a bachelor's degree from Pomona College and a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law. Terrell has practiced law for over 29 years. Prior to his appointment, he served as a senior attorney with the Office of Criminal Appeals, Department of Law, in Anchorage.[1]
