Biography
Robert McLaren was born in Oak Park, Illinois. He earned a bachelor's degree from Monmouth College in 1966 and a law degree from Drake University in 1969. McLaren's career experience includes working as Assistant and Special Assistant States' Attorney, an associate judge of the 18th Circuit Court and a Circuit Judge of the 18th Circuit Court. McLaren was elected to serve as an Appellate Judge in 1988.[1][2][3]
