Mark Hollo (Republican Party) is a member of the North Carolina State Senate, representing District 45. He assumed office on January 1, 2025. His current term ends on January 1, 2027.

Hollo (Republican Party) ran for election to the North Carolina State Senate to represent District 45. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.

Biography

Hollo earned a bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University. He later graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at Wake Forest University in 1983. Hollo has worked as a physician assistant at Family Care Center in Taylorsville. He reached the rank of Captain during his service in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.[1]

Hollo ran for re-election in 2012. Redistricting moved him to District 73. He defeated fellow incumbent Darrell McCormick in the May 8, 2012, Republican primary. He defeated William Stinson (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
