Max Semenenko

Biography
Max Semenenko lives in North Highlands, California. Semenenko earned an associate degree in psychology from Stanford University. His career experience includes owning a business and working as the CEO of Maximus Development Inc. (MDI). Semenenko served as a park commssioner for the North Highlands Recreation and Park District Board.[1][2]
