London Lamar (Democratic Party) is a member of the Tennessee State Senate, representing District 33. She assumed office on March 3, 2022. Her current term ends on November 3, 2026.
Lamar (Democratic Party) is running for re-election to the Tennessee State Senate to represent District 33. She declared candidacy for the 2026 election.
Lamar previously served in the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 91 from 2018 to 2022. She resigned on March 3, 2022, after being appointed to Tennessee State Senate District 33 to replace Katrina Robinson (D).[1]
Biography
London Lamar earned a B.A. in political science from Saint Mary's College in 2013. Lamar's career experience includes working as the CEO of The L2 Company, a consultant, and a policy associate with SISTERREACH.[2][3] She co-founded Gen Next PAC and served as the president of the Tennessee Young Democrats.[2][4]
