Kathleen A. Kilnoski is a district judge of Iowa District 4. She was appointed to this position in 2009. Kilnoski was retained to a full six-year term in the 2010 general election. She was retained in the general election on November 8, 2016.[1][2]

Biography and Education

Kilnoski earned an undergraduate degree from Grinnell College in 1981 and a J.D. from the University of Iowa in 1985.[1]

From 1996 to her appointment as a district judge in 2009, Kilnoski was a district associate judge. She previously served as an assistant city attorney for Council Bluffs.[1]
