Biography
Felix Velasquez was born in Laredo. He graduated from Laredo Martin High School in 1975. Velasquez earned a bachelor's degree from Saint Edward's University. His work experience includes serving as an accountant, an auditor, and leading his own firm called Velasquez and Flores. Velasquez was elected to the Webb County Commission in 2000.[1]
