Denny Hoskins (Republican Party) is the Missouri Secretary of State. He assumed office on January 13, 2025. His current term ends on January 8, 2029.

Biography

Denny Hoskins was born in Jefferson County, Missouri. He graduated from Fatima High School. Hoskins served in the Missouri Army National Guard, receiving honorable discharge in 2000. Hoskins earned a B.S./B.A. in accounting from Central Missouri State University. His professional experience includes working as a tax manager, business owner, consulting manager, financial planner and analyst, and principal at a CPA firm.[1]

Hoskins was elected as Missouri's secretary of state on November 5, 2024. He was sworn into office on January 13, 2025, succeeding Jay Ashcroft (R).

Denny Hoskins has fought and filed bills to keep Chinese companies from buying Missouri farmland. He will always stand behind family farmers and make sure Missouri agriculture thrives.

Denny Hoskins proudly voted to keep the woke agenda out of Missouri schools, including barring students from competing in sports that do not match their biological gender. His Senate Bill 236 was also signed by the Governor in July 2023 to ban transgender surgeries on Missouri children.
