Delia Haak
Delia Haak (Republican Party) was a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing District 17. She assumed office on January 9, 2023. She left office on January 13, 2025.
Haak (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Arkansas House of Representatives to represent District 17. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Haak also ran for re-election to the Arkansas House of Representatives to represent District 91. She did not appear on the ballot for the Republican primary on May 24, 2022.
On June 13, 2023, Haak announced she would not seek re-election to the Arkansas House of Representatives District 17.[1]
Biography
Delia Haak earned a B.S. in business administration from John Brown University in 1990, an M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 1994, and an Ed.D. from the University of Arkansas in 1999. Haak's career experience includes working as the executive director of the Illinois River Watershed Partnership and an associate professor of business with John Brown University. She has served as the federal chairwoman of the Arkansas-Oklahoma Arkansas River Compact Commission, on the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission, and on the Arkansas Forestry Commission.[2]
