東京・原宿の竹下通りで２６日、大勢の若者らが混乱に巻き込まれ、救急車に搬送されるなどした騒動。きっかけは「芸能人がいる」という根も葉もない噂が広まったことだったようだ。誰かが現場で「芸能人が…」と声を上げると、携帯電話のメールやインターネットなどで噂は一気に拡大。現場に大勢の人が集まり、いつのまにか大騒ぎとなった。 「携帯電話のメールで、芸能人が来ているという話を聞いた。それで、『どこにいるの？』という騒ぎになって…」 現場にいた女子高校生（１６）はこう話す。目撃者の話によると、午後４時２０分ごろ、「芸能人がいる」という声が聞こえると、女性たちが押し合いながら、携帯電話を突き上げ、何かを撮影しようとしていたという。 実際には芸能人はその場におらず、まったくのデマだったが、そのデマ情報は、携帯電話のメールなどを通じて近くの若者に一気に広まった。さらに、インターネットなどでも広がり、人が集まっ
