How Does It Work?

The Apromore Copilot is an intelligent assistant that offers real-time guidance and predictive insights during process discovery and analysis, via a user-friendly conversational interface.

For example, Copilot may identify a bottleneck in a key activity in a customer service process, which is dragging down the time between a customer inquiry and a response.

It may also identify a rework loop around this activity, which consumes valuable time from the service agents.
