Ashunta Beauty is fully committed to ensuring both your satisfaction and safety. To maintain these standards, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on damaged or defective items within 30 days of receipt. 

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if your delivery is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ashuntabeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will update you on the status of your refund after we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method.
