People Operations & People Partners manages processes including onboarding, contingent workforce, and the Employee Help Center. Our People Partners create a seamless people experience to employees in moments that matter, enabling them to positively impact the business.

Talent Development & Growth drives continued growth across Uber by giving employees the tools and experiences they need to do their best work. Our team oversees culture activation efforts, talent management, executive development, manager enablement, onboarding, end-to-end performance management, and experiential learning

Talent Acquisition attracts, cultivates, and hires the phenomenal talent that propels Uber's innovation and market position.
