To think, a few years ago we were fighting for the right to work for minimum wage, to get married, to have a savings account, to an inheritance, to own a home or car, etc.

People who rely on SSI or on SSDI as a DAC, and people forced to work at subminimum wage, still haven't attained some of these basic rights. And the US gov wants to take away the small number of rights we DO have as disabled people in this country.
