I'm going to go deep and say "Girl dad" mainly because I think Jax has a lot of trauma we don't know yet and I think the idea of having a son would terrify him.

I think if he had a son he would see himself in him, and it would fuck him up and he wouldn't know how to act about it or handle it.

In my mind, he doesn't want a son, he doesn't want another him and doesn't want to mess it up (my favorite traumatized bunny)

If it's a daughter then perhaps it would be easier even if she looks like him, he would still be able to separate her from himself, and probably see her as all the good qualities from the mother (Rags!<3)

Like, if it's a girl she wouldn't be as bad as him and that's better (at least in his mind it is like that)

So i think he would want a daughter because he wouldn't know how to raise a son
