We subscribed to the Elite Premium Plan…
We subscribed to the Elite Premium Plan based on Wix Support’s recommendation, believing it would resolve a technical issue preventing our courses from displaying correctly on our Wix mobile app. Despite upgrading, the problem persists, and our business has suffered significant financial losses as a result.
To summarise:
We uploaded 33 courses, but only 14 remained visible the next day.
We re-uploaded the missing courses, but the issue repeated itself.
Wix Support advised us to upgrade to the Elite Premium Plan, which we did, yet the issue remained unresolved. at considerable cost.
We provided video evidence to a support agent, Ellie, who assured us the matter would be escalated. However, we have not received any response despite waiting for since November 2024
Now, the AI chat assistant prevents us from reaching a live support representative, leaving us without any means to resolve this issue.
This issue was first reported on 25th November 2024, and despite our patience and efforts, we are still without a resolution as of today, 28th January 2025 (paying for a service that we ar not using). Given the significant disruption to our business and the lack of meaningful assistance, I would like to know if you can personally ensure this matter is addressed immediately—or whether we should simply proceed with requesting a full refund for the Elite Premium Plan.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience, as I had higher expectations from Wix. Please advise on how you intend to resolve this matter, as we cannot afford further delays.
The latest person dealing with this issue Gabriel, clearly can't read the support ticket and acting like AI BOT. I want my money back as I paid over £1000 for a service that does not work. Cowboys
