Running Safe Mode is extremely useful in rooting out malware, and it can also be used (as an alternate to doing a System Restore as described above) to check for faulty files, apps, or drivers. While in Safe Mode, remove any programs and update any drivers that you installed shortly before your restart problem began. Exit Safe Mode and see if your problem is resolved.[17]Thanks
