If it isn't a movement, do something with its supposed member Jacques Maritain (Q45723). --Ehitaja (talk) 17:09, 5 December 2019 (UTC)
French label
[edit]I propose to replace the French label "Droits de l'homme" with "Droits humains" which is now widely used by many organisations and people. "Droits humains" is more inclusive whereas "Droits de l'homme" could ne understand as "rights of humans" or "rights of men" (in French, "homme" means man or human). - Since 2018, High Council for Gender Equality (Q3128457) recommands the use of "droits humains" (https://haut-conseil-egalite.gouv.fr/parite/actualites/article/droits-humains-une-expression-qu-il-est-temps-de-generaliser)
- The controversy is explained in this article : https://www.cairn.info/revue-cahiers-du-genre-2020-2-page-131.htm
