EAGLES - SOCIAL MEDIA RULES
These "Rules" govern all social media accounts operated by the Philadelphia Eagles and its officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives and licensees (collectively, the "Eagles").
By posting or re-posting ("Posting") comments, photos, visuals, videos, or other materials ("Your Content" or "User Content") to social media web sites and applications owned/operated by the Eagles, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok or similar sites ("Eagles Page(s)"), you agree that the Eagles can use Your Content— including any names, voices, images and performances that content contains—for any purpose. Further, by Posting Your Content on an Eagles Page, you grant the Eagles a perpetual, non- exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable worldwide license in any and all media (now known or hereafter devised) to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify and create derivative works based upon Your Content for any purpose, including advertising and promotion, without notice, attribution or payment. You also waive any moral rights associated with Your Content. You certify that you are the original author, creator, or owner of Your Content, and that you have the right to Post it. You also certify that you have acquired and hereby grant to the Eagles all necessary rights for the Eagles to depicted anyone who appears in Your Content, and that the Eagles' use of Your Content in accordance with this license will not violate or infringe upon anyone else's rights.
User Content does not necessarily reflect the opinions or ideals of the Eagles or the entities and/or individuals that operate Eagles Pages, and the Eagles does not endorse any opinions expressed by fans on Eagles Pages. The Eagles does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any statement or product claims made on Eagles Pages and is not responsible for any User Content on Eagles Pages.
We may revise these Rules from time to time, the most current version will be available at philadelphiaeagles.com. The Rules are governed by the laws of Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania without regard to or application of its conflict of law provisions or your state or country of residence.
