Semasio follows local privacy laws to define and classify what may be deemed to be sensitive personal information under such local laws. As described in the Semasio Platform Privacy Policy, Semasio may use sensitive personal information to model contextual segments.

This is because certain laws may require that we obtain additional information from you to verify your identity to process a deletion request. This is not part of our process. Opt-out requests submitted above are processed as deletions. Please note that we also process all requests for correction of personal data as opt-out requests. This is because our services do not utilize directly identifiable data such as your name, home address, or phone number as further described in the Semasio Platform Privacy Policy.
