Find a bootmaker, and get something bespoke designed for your foot.

Laptop or small form computer for Windows 11?
I don't upgrade Windows versions on computers. When a Windows version finally drops out of security support, I upgrade the computer: happens about once every ten years. My Dell XPS will run Windows 11, but I'm not going to do that to myself: I find driver support gets .. vague .. for major OS upgrades, particularly graphics drivers.
I've been laptops-only, Dell and Apple, for about ten years, running them clamshelled with big monitors and external keyboards and mice… [more]

What Light In Yonder Window...
Perhaps place a Spring Tension Curtain Rod in the top of the window, and then fill the windows with festoons of small xmas lights. They hang a particular way, so there will be a lot of arrangement to do.
Lights on a building during the long nights around the winter solstice are about as nondenominational as you can get, and I find small intensely colored lights very appealing.

Are there drawbacks to installing a Ting (not phone carrier) sensor?

If your house was built before 1999, it likely does not have Arc Fault Circuit Interrupters.
If it is built afterwards, it might.
You don't have to bring your house up to the latest code: once inspected, you get to keep it that way until you try to make changes to it again, but telling an Insurance Company that you have detected arc faults seems like… [more]

Well water pump not starting
Your well pump may have a controller on it that prevents the well pump from being destroyed if the well runs out of water. The controller (one very common brand is Pumpsaver) has configurable triggers (like when the pump uses too much power), which will turn off the well pump and prevent it from coming on for a configurable delay (often 60 or 90 minutes).
The "wait about 30 minutes" made me suspect that your well is having trouble and that you might be waiting… [more]

Is a gas heating stove as bad as a gas cooktop?
I would get a battery operated carbon monoxide detector for the room the "gas stove" is in, to detect malfunction. Otherwise it's not comparable to a gas cooktop, which dumps its combustion gasses right where you are using it and presumably breathing.
Do you have a smoke detector in the same room?

Negative pressure hospital room and sleep apnea
Very unlikely: I opine it is something else.
From your viewpoint, you can't tell a "negative pressure" room from a night spent at a slightly higher elevation than the room is actually at, unless you were in some kind of iron lung, where your head was outside the room and your body was inside the room with a nice gasket around your neck. Dish washing detergent in water, a tablespoon or two per gallon. They drown very quickly once they are wetted and kept wet.
They don't like it at all, and you have to be ready for them to come storming out of the ground as soon as you start applying it. Keep applying it.
You want to get a gallon or 4 into the nest asap, and the wet them above ground with coarse spray. It suffocates earthworms and termites as well.

Are these all one plumbing problem or many?
1) Multiple possible causes for this one. Does your house have a water pressure regulator at or near the the water service entrance to the house? If so, look to it as the cause. They are usually serviceable.
Does your house have a check valve, to prevent backflow into the supply? This is less likely, but if you house has one of these, check it as well: there are regimes of water supply restriction above the check valve that can cause the this pressure pulsing as well.… [more]

Do flickering lights bother you significantly?
"..one way to determine if lights are flickering disruptively is to take a slow-mo video of the room."
This is a way to detect a flicker detectable in slow-motion video, but more work is required to discover if it is disruptive to human perception.
If you know the frame rate of the camera then you can extract the flicker rate of the light, but more than just flicker rate affects perception. See flicker fusion threshold

A spreadsheet and a cloud document account, with the aid of some volunteers for data entry/checkout/checkin would not be the worst way to start.
Your first job, as the new volunteer, is to find place(s) to store it. Free is best, perhaps some other parent. The fewer places you use, the easier it will be to disburse and return, but a volunteer or N volunteers at designated times could manage dispersed storage.
