Within a 55 second time limit, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (31), collect all coins from Coin Blocks (48), and collect all virus coins (11). The only color available in this stage is pink.

In the first part of this stage, a heart is formed with Brick Blocks, in which the ones in columns #2 and #8 and rows #6 to #8 contain purple coins (caged and uncaged), while the rest contain Capsule Plus starting from +1 (they will disappear almost immediately). In the middle are bubbles, with the ones in row #4 and below containing viruses. The middle column contains a pop cannon and an electric exploder.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

  1. The 6 coins (all inside Brick Blocks) in columns #2 and #8.
  2. The 5 coins (all inside Brick Blocks) in rows #6 to #8.

In the second and last part of this stage, the Brick Blocks are also formed in the shape of a heart, but they are caged with its lock block (which is half-frozen) found inside the heart alongside half-frozen viruses and floatie viruses. A pop cannon and an electric exploder are found in the middle column. All the Brick Blocks in this part of the stage are Coin Blocks.

This stage will scroll through 9 rows simultaneously after all the viruses are gone, and for the purpose of scrolling, viruses that are currently floating in bubbles are considered gone.

Completing this stage awards the player 500 coins.

Within a 40 second time limit, the objective of this stage is to break all barriers (40) and break all crates (40). The only colors available in this stage are light-blue and pink.

In the first part of this stage, the exploders are surrounded by crates, with rotating cannons in the middle column where only the bottom-most one is not inside a Brick Block. The ones in the odd-numbered rows are initially pointing downwards while the ones in the even-numbered rows are initially pointing upwards so that landing a capsule without a match will immediately allow the cannons to aim at the exploders.

In the second and last part of this stage, the exploders are surrounded by barriers, where the ones in between two rows of exploders are fully frozen with the ones next to them being half-frozen. The middle column contains shells, where only the bottom-most one is not inside Brick Block. The barriers on the right side are initially inactive, while the barriers on the left side are initially active.

This stage will scroll through 8 rows simultaneously after all the crates are gone.

Completing this stage awards the player 500 coins.

Within a 70 second time limit, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (87) and break all crates (12). The colors available in this stage are green, light-blue, and pink.

In the first part of this stage, the barrels are shaped like a needle where they are surrounded by frozen viruses, and they are next to half-frozen exploders and a crate. The barrels around the corner contain viruses while the ones in the middle contain crates.

In the second part of this stage, barrels are found in rows #1, #3, and #5, while rows #2 and #4 contain exploders. The rest of those rows contain viruses. The barrels in rows #1 and #3 contain viruses while the ones in row #5 contain crates.

In the third and last part of this stage, rows #4 to #6 contain like-colored viruses within the row with two gaps in each row. The first three rows contain barrels containing viruses interspersed among normal viruses.

This stage will scroll through 9 rows simultaneously after all the viruses are gone each time, and will scroll twice this way.

Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and a Staff Ticket.

Starting with 25 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (27), collect all purple coins (55), and collect all keys (8).

In this stage, purple coins (caged and uncaged) are found in the odd-numbered rows starting from row #7 and every second revealed row, where they are all inside Brick Blocks. For each of the first three sets of purple coins that comprise two rows, there is a row of viruses in between them, some of them being frozen. Pop cannons are found in row #9 and the first-revealed row. Crates and doors are found in row #7 and the fifth-revealed row. Colorful crates and keys are found in row #8 and the first-revealed row. In the last-revealed row, exploders are found in between the Brick Blocks.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

  1. The 18 coins in rows #5 and #7.
  2. The 16 coins in rows #1 and #3.
  3. The 16 coins in the second-revealed and fourth-revealed rows.
  4. The 5 coins in the sixth-revealed row.

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 6 lines are introduced.

Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and Dr. Ludwig.

    • Red: "The second half of the new world stages has been added, and this time you can get Dr. Ludwig as a special stage reward! Gotta say, all the ice in this world sure makes it difficult to get around. This might be a job for Ludwig's skill..."[2]
