Gameplay[edit]

There is a mouth with dirty teeth on the right side of the screen, and a toothbrush on the left. The player must alternate between left and right on the Control Pad to brush the teeth. In WarioWare Gold, the mouth is replaced with a kid holding a cup.

  • 1st level difficulty: The toothbrush moves slowly and the player must brush four times. In Gold, the person is a boy with black hair wearing a blue and white striped shirt who has a blue cup.
  • 2nd level difficulty: The toothbrush moves faster and the player must brush six times. In Gold, the person is a girl with brown long hair wearing a white shirt who has a pink cup.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The toothbrush moves very fast and the player must brush eight times. In Gold, the person is a girl with blonde hair tied by blue hair accessories wearing a pink shirt who has a yellow cup.
