I actually like all of the coaches on The Voice, but Tom and will.i.am are my favorites. As far as their music goes, Tom is my favorite by far. I like how he'll record ANYTHING you could think of! Speaking of which, his new single with Jack White is pretty cool.

Why is this man reduced to sitting beside the likes of Nessie J and the guy from The (nonde)Script on a talent show panel? How humiliating for him. No wonder he's gone grey. They shouldn't even be allowed to BREATHE near him, let alone judge 'talent' alongside him.

v Notice that most of the people who chose Jessie J were people who would arguably be popular in the current music scene or who love Jessie J (with the possible exception of Toni). Besides, I think each judge has something different they can offer.
