It's kinda reggae tune with psychedelic, unusual distortions and loud bass. Sometimes you can find tracks with no vocals. There're many kinds of great artists of this genre. If you want to feel Jamaica's heat - check Augustus Pablo, King Tubby, Willie Williams, - a few types of classic dub. Dub genre has influence in another genres: from post-punk - Public Image Ltd; from industrial music - KMFDM etc. I would say that solo works of Bill Laswell and Jah Wobble with ethnic stuff are awesome too. In short, music to smoke weed or for chilling/for trying to bring your body to space without spaceship.
