BILLERICA — The Billerica Historical Society held its annual Christmas Open House on Dec. 7 in the Clara Sexton House at 36 Concord Road.

Built in 1723, the house was decorated for the season by the Billerica Garden Club and other volunteers. Highlights of the event included tours of a new exhibit: a bedroom restored to how it would have appeared in the early 1800s. The evening also included Christmas carols by Victorian singers and tours by volunteers from the Historical Society and the Billerica Colonial Minute Men.
