By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Jet2 Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. In the event of any conflict between the Jet2 Terms and Conditions, and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will take precedence. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD Sports”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. JD Sports is the promoter of this prize draw which is run in conjunction with Jet2holidays Limited (“Jet2holidays”).

1. What can you win?

There will be two (2) winners who will each win a 3-night holiday for two (2) adults (aged 18 years or above at time of travel) in a sea and pool view room on a bed and breakfast basis at the Amare Beach Hotel, Ibiza (the “Prize”). The Prize includes: • return flights for up to two (2) people from any UK Jet2.com base that flies to Ibiza; • transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel; and • one (1) free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person. The Prize must be booked by 31st July 2024 and travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel): 11/06/2024 – 18/07/2024; 29/07/2024 – 05/08/2024; 04/09/2024 – 17/10/2024; 29/04/2025 - 22/05/2025; 03/06/2025 - 17/07/2025; 28/07/2025 - 04/08/2025; or 03/09/2025 - 16/10/2025. If the Prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited. The Prize shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Jet2 Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the Prize or any element of the Prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent Prize value. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. Exchanging any element of the Prize is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online resale marketplace). JD Sports reserves the right to cancel the prize draw and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with. The Prize may only be taken by the winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the Prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once the winner has made their booking, this cannot be amended. The Prize duration may not be extended, and no element of the Prize may be changed by the winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the Prize details may not be booked onto the Prize booking. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize, including, but not limited to travel to and from the UK airport, optional flight/board/transfer/accommodation supplements, travel insurance and refreshments. Winners are advised to purchase their own travel insurance.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners, and their companion to provide proof of age. Employees and officers of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter the prize draw. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Entrants can enter the prize draw by: •Making a purchase (no minimum purchase requirement) from the JD Sports website or app between 13th May 2024 00:01am (UK time) and 19th May 2024 11:59pm (UK time) (the “Qualifying Purchase”);

•Following the link to the prize draw microsite from the email received after the Qualifying Purchase is complete; and

•Completing the questions on the prize draw microsite and submitting their entry by 23:59 21st May 2024.

Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. Opening/Closing Times

The prize draw will commence on 13th May 2024 at 00:01am (UK time) and will end on 19th May 2024 at 11:59pm (UK time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid

6. How are the winners selected?

All entrants who have made a valid entry following the How to enter steps above will be entered into an electronic random name generator that will select a winner at random. The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themself). The winner will be notified via email that they have won within seven (7) days of the prize draw closing and will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of being notified. In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours, despite JD Sports’ reasonable efforts to contact them, JD Sports reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will be considered to have waived their right to the Prize.

7. Winner’s Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize; (ii) make a Qualifying Purchase and complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (iii) provide accurate contact details and valid proof of age; (iv) adhere to local laws in England and Wales; and (v) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. JD Sports will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

8. Personal information

By ticking the appropriate opt-in boxes, you agree that you will receive regular communication from JD Sports (and its affiliates). JD Sports will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by JD Sports (and its affiliates) and to administer the promotion. We may also use your personal data to tell you about JD Sports (and JD Sports affiliates) products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships. If you do not wish to receive marketing communication from JD Sports (and JD Sports affiliates) please do not tick the appropriate opt-in boxes when entering the prize draw.

9. Publicity

By taking part in the prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sports’ request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent. JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

10. Which law applies to this promotion?

This prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the Prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any Prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
