InnerSourced Solutions is a full service Outpatient Mental Health Clinic that provides counseling, psychiatry and rehabilitation program services. Services are provided by a Psychiatrist or Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and qualified/licensed mental health professionals and paraprofessionals. Often, the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic works in tandem with our comprehensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. There is currently no waitlist for therapy or medication management services!

 

All services are provided in the most comfortable and conducive environment for the client, including in person, online and in settings other than our offices (i.e., home, schools, transitional housing, etc.).

Prospective clients must have BCBS/Carefirst, United Healthcare, Maryland Medicaid or may be uninsured in the process of applying for Maryland Medicaid, in which our office staff will be more than happy to advocate, support and aide with obtaining medical assistance.

Specific clinic services include:

​

• Individual Therapy - One-on-one counseling provides an open space to share your feelings with an objective clinician. 

​

• Family Therapy - Counseling provided to families to help them cope with the challenges of maintaining a loved ones diagnosis with a mental disorder. It is designed to address specific issues that affect the psychological health of the family, and the family to gain insight and interact more positively.

​

• Group Therapy - This type of counseling is for adults as well as children and adolescents who are facing similar challenges. Sample groups topic could include: Anger Management, Shame Resilience, etc. Although sometimes used alone, group therapy is also commonly integrated into a comprehensive treatment plan that also includes individual therapy and medication management.  Groups are facilitated by licensed clinicians.  

• Psychopharmacology -  Our Psychiatry services include Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management provided by a psychiatric nurse practitioner who will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to determine if psychotropic medication is needed.  If needed, our medical staff will prescribe medication and monitor your symptoms.
