Dog park goes up, historic gazebo comes down at Everett’s Clark Park

Construction began on an off-leash dog park at the north Everett park. The 103-year-old gazebo there is being removed.

Man gets 28 years in Lynnwood kidnapping case

Prosecutors also alleged Lane Phipps shot at police officers, but a jury found him not guilty of first-degree assault charges.

Food bank volunteers keep Mukilteo families fed for holidays

Stevens Pass gears up to open slopes a week early

With three feet of snow, the ski resort is set to open on Friday. The opening was previously scheduled for Dec. 6.

Suspect in killing near Lake Stevens had previous murder conviction

On Friday, investigators arrested Mark Downey, 56, for investigation of second-degree murder in Katie McQueen’s death.
