To be fair, Walters likely spent the majority of his on-boarding time hitting the recruiting trail and less time forming a cohesive staff. Actually, he did a good job recruiting. With a little more forethought and planning, I'm sure we'd be in a different spot than what we are.
Sure, he's had his blunders. But this was doomed to fail from the start.
