To provide help-seekers with support via the Get Help Now page, we have partnered with Whakarongorau Aotearoa, which provides national telehealth services.

If you use the support offered via the Get Help Now page or the 24-hour free helpline, you'll speak directly to health care professionals at Whakarongorau. Whakarongorau will collect, use, and store the information that you share with it, in the ways described in its own privacy statement.

This includes keeping a record of your interactions with it, and potentially sharing information about you with emergency services or health care professionals if it thinks you, or someone else, is at risk of harm.

We will not disclose your personal information to other government agencies or other organisations without your consent, unless it is required or allowed by law.

Protecting your personal information and data is important to us. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected against loss, unauthorised access, unauthorised disclosure or other misuse.
