Hailing from Dayton, Ohio, and now based in Nashville, MONA is music created by artist, musician, producer, singer, and songwriter Nick Brown. In 2010, MONA stormed onto the music scene when its self-titled debut album was simultaneously nominated for the BBC Sound of the year award and won MTV’s Brand New.
MONA’s accomplishments include appearances on late night TV (Later With Jools Holland, Conan, and Leno, touring with Noel Gallagher, Kings Of Leon, Blue October, The Walkmen, Morrisey, Johnny Marr, Queen, Billie Idol, The Zombies, Daughtry, and July Talk. Headlining tours in the USA, UK, and Europe, have included the main stages of London’s Shepperd’s Bush Empire, as well as the main stages of the world’s biggest festivals, including Glastonbury, Reading/Leeds, Coachella, Lollapalooza, Splendour in the Grass, Summer Sonic, Hyde Park, Slane Castle, and more.
