Yeah, he can't guard quick PG's. However, his rebounding from the guard position, leadership, BBIQ, and newly discovered touch from beyond the arc would be ideal. I can't think of a better mentor for Bayless who would also be able to step aside once Bayless is ready to start. I'd do 3 years 30 million for Kidd. We'd still have Blake and Outlaw to trade if we wanted any other upgrades as well.
