“How friendly the staff were in helping me get to my room in timely fashion. It was late when I arrived and I was tired and needed some rest as soon as possible and they saw that I got to my room quickly for some much needed rest. The nighttime front desk staff member was extremely helpful in helping log onto the Internet. I am not a very good computer opertor.”

“The original room that I was in was comfortable. I then had made a reservation for an additional day and learned that the room I was in wasn't available. Therefore, the staff took me on a tour of a Junior Executive Suite, which I thought was great. I then made the reservation and on the day I checked out to check back in, learned from the staff that there was a change and was upgraded to a King Executive suite instead and no change in the rates. That was awesome. The room was beautiful, spacious - I loved it. I was saddened that I was only there for that 1 night. However, should I book again, I will definitely love to get that room again. :)”
