Everything was just as it showed in the photos—very clean and new. The apartment has a style and is tastefully furnished. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the house was very clean. The items left for our welcome, such as water, wine, fruit, and cornflakes, were a thoughtful touch and made us happy. The location of the house is in the center of the island, and the distance to places to visit was very convenient. The host was very attentive, and communication was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Spoiled us with extras. Gave us a tremendous feeling. Although we came for just one day, we received incredible treatment. The apartment was fantastic. Exceptional value for the price. In short, absolutely top-notch.

THE HOUSE ON THE ROCK enjoys a location in Antimácheia, a 3-minute walk from Mill of Antimachia and 2.9 miles from Antimachia Castle. With city views, this accommodation features a balcony. Everything was perfect! Marianna and Pavlos are the best hosts ever! The accommodation is walking distance from the airport so it is the best option if you travel by plane. The apt was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy! It has everything we needed! We highly recommend this place for your stay on Kos.

Heavenly retreat far from the crowds From beginning to end our stay was perfect in every way! We arrived in the evening to be collected at the airport followed by drinks and food with the locals courtesy of Stelios. Having visited Kos before, this is our favourite part of the island. Practically next door to the airport and supermarket, perched on a cliff overlooking all of the best beaches on the island. Peace and tranquility with views down to the beautiful Island of Kastri and Kefalos beyond. If you fancy a trip to Kos it’s an effortless 35 minute drive, the island is small so nowhere is that far away. Kardamena is a 15 minute drive with multiple restaurants overlooking the small harbour. For the kids the water park is worth a visit, very good value, no queues and clean. For a 5 star beach experience head to Diamond Beach Life a 5 minute drive, cabanas, sunset cocktails and lovely food. Alternatively a 10 minute walk from the villa takes you to your own quiet beach, a great place for a picnic under the stars. The villa is even better than the pictures and nothing was too much trouble for Ellie and Irina who brought us a lovey breakfast each morning and kept the place spotless (essential when traveling with teenagers. Thank you Stelio’s and Ellie we will definitely be back!

2.9 miles from Antimachia Castle in Kardamaina, Alta Vista Luxury House provides accommodations with access to a hot tub. The hosts Andreas and Phillipa were the most amazing hosts we could ever asked for! Usually you check into villas with a key box with no personal meet and greet- but not at Alta Vista! The hosts were ready to meet us at the property even late into the night after a 4 hour delay to welcome us to their beautiful home and more importantly show us around, tell us a little about the area and the property! It was lovely to speak to them and they could not have been more welcoming and informative, they felt like our bestest friends! The house is stunning- it really is luxury! Everything is clean and fresh and it smelt beautiful! Nothing is forgotten and every little personal touch that they have including the carefully selected decor made it stand out to any places we have stayed in Kos before. Following check in, we received a very detailed recommendation list from the host from local restaurants, beaches and things to do with tips and info on all of them!! The views from the house are also second to none and if you are looking for a relaxing holiday where to you can sit in a hot tub and soak in the beautiful Mountain View’s then this is the place for you. Thanks so much for our wonderful stay, the house really made it for us and we can’t wait to book again!
