Good location, large rooms, really well equipped. Staff were amazing! Big thanks to Matt for taking care of me after I left another major hotel in the area. I have stayed at nearly all Major large hotel chains in UB. Novotel and its staff were brilliant! Always friendly and took care of everything that I needed.

The fireplace makes the room quite comfortable and cozy. TV had several streaming options. The receptionists were kind and cooperative. My partner accidentally left her bracelet in the bathrobe and the receptionist called to inform us that they found the item in our room.

So much to do! I recommend seeing multiple traditonal art performances, eating at local dives and treasure restaurants, antique shopping, visiting the museums which are world class, shopping for animal goods like leather and wool, attending concerts…the list goes on.
The city does struggle with pollution during the winter because it is developing, but I mainly visited in winter and had the time of my life!

UB is a great and interesting city BUT it is polluted and choked with traffic day and night. Travel from the airport can take 3 hours. It is very hard to get around. There is no subway/suburban rail and buses get stuck in traffic.

Lots of places to visit.
Lots of places to visit. The traffic is terrible, so better to have an accommodation in the center, so many of points of interest to be in walking distance.
The airport is far away from the city, so prepare yourself for a long trip.

I had an incredible time exploring Ulaanbaatar, especially the museums, which were fascinating and offered a deep dive into Mongolia's rich history. The city surprised me with its vibrant coffee culture, comparable to Seoul. You can find many Korean coffee shop franchises like Tom N Toms and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf scattered throughout the city. There are many restaurants serving delicious Mongolian national cuisine, giving you a true taste of the local flavors. The nightlife is lively, especially around Seoul Street, where you'll find numerous bars and clubs filled with a young, good looking, stylish crowd.

Good location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning did not work although staff gave us a portable unit.
Glass see through windows in the dividing wall between bathroom and sleeping area. No privacy had to drape the towels over the window.

A very different country and I wasnt sure what to expect, a trip to the famous temple of chiggis khan and the local museum was insightful. There isn't really much to do and you can complete any sightseeing in two days.
The food here is ... questionable, I struggled to find an appropriate place to eat with taking health and safety into consideration

This is my third time visiting Mongolia. Each time, I choose a different hotel to stay at. After doing thorough research this time, I decided to stay at Nomado Boutique Hotel. As soon as I arrived, I was almost in shock at how amazing the design of the place was. If you want to see and appreciate the unique features of Mongolia’s landscapes, this hotel is a great choice. The reason is that the interior design of the rooms reflects the characteristics of the respective provinces (like Khövsgöl, Orkhon…). I really liked that!
Got picked up from airport and check in was smooth. Upon my request they allowed early check-in, else would have frozen into a statue.
The apartment is big with all amenities, nice and tidy.
Manager Boldtsetseg and Batsuren organised a tailor made tour for us to live in a Ger in country side and visit interesting places.
Good food at restaurant in level 1 and not pricey.
Mongolia is a must visit place and Eagle Town apartment is perfect place to stay.
Very good service. There is a shopping gallery at the ground floor, including food store, where you can buy all you need during your stay.
I had to leave earlier and hotel made reimbursement of my advanced paid amount within a few days after my departure. This is very nice and deserves respect. Next time in Mongolia I will certainly stay at this hotel again.
Great location. Room was also on a high floor with good view. Huge room with alot of space to keep luggage open while moving around the room. Breakfast was good too, I enjoyed it. Would've been better if the TV was a smart TV. Nonetheless, a great deal as I had booked early in advance and enjoyed a good rate for a 5 star hotel on my last night in Mongolia.
The breakfast was very good. The morning coffee is presumably the best you can have in Mongolia. The two rooms were quiet, clean, and spacious with several sofas and chairs. We stayed for more than a week and had a great time. The hotel is located about 2 km from the city center, so we either walked to the center or took one of the frequent buses.
