What a lovely Greek Island, it's not over populated. I went mid September and found it lovely easy to get around, I drove a rented car, I found it easy to get around. Lovely sea front shops to look around, also lovely tarvenas serving great food.George - Scored 1010

An authentic Greek town , with lots of bars and restaurants at the port. Beaches were very overcrowded . For me it had a rustic charm but I prefer Spetes and Hydra island. I don’t think I will visit againHall - Scored 6.06.0

Poros is scenic. The beaches were not appealing. You need a boat to go to the nicer waters to swim. The restaurants were all good and reasonably priced. The waters around the island are clean but murky.Kathy

Book the top floor.. the pain of the punishing steps up easily outweighed by the gain... they are a killer especially if you've already manhandled luggage up from the town. Taxi advised.. 5 € without luggage 7€ with.. Host was excellent and dealt with our minor issues immediately..PaulUnited Kingdom

It’s clean, comfortable, close to the town but quiet and with beautiful views. The owner is wonderful and kind with a delightful daughter who helps out too - it is a genuine family business.
