A beautiful remote place in southern Crete. Marko and Katerina are excellent hosts, if you need anything - just ask. A beach is basically private (but make sure to bring your own beach towels), the umbrellas are provided, the pool is great.

The kitchen was quite old-fashioned but sufficiently equipped—especially the fridge with the ice box. The main room was clean and sufficiently big, with a perfect bed. The bath was very small but clean. The highlight of our room (all guests have general access but don`t use it :-) was the big terrace, which was equipped with deck chairs and looked out to the beach. The car can be parked for free in the hotel's big parking area, approximately 100m away.

Beautiful apartment with a lovely outdoor space . Gorgeous interior decoration, very clean, very fresh looking. So comfortable to sleep with great utilities, everything was perfect. Lovely Lady who runs the hotel was extremely helpful and kind. Matala is a lovely village with lots of taverna’s and interesting craft shops and music on every corner. Very chilled place, really recommend to visit. This hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to the beach and everything else you would need.
