I read carefully all the previous reviews before I booked the apartment and I was wondering if they are true. And ... all our stay was amazing! The host picked us on the airport and helped us to rent a car. Yiannis and his wife Georgia were always near to be able to help but far enough to keep our privacy. We received also tips for our trips. The apartment was fully equipped so we felt like at home. Everything was clean, the sea approx. 100m from the apartment. We felt like in paradise! Thank you for all the nice care :)

I rate based on a visit in mid-October. It is a small quiet village. There is a pebble beach nearby. There are a few restaurants, a few shops and one larger supermarket by the road. There is a rental of kitesurfing equipment nearby on the beach. Thriving with businesses, beautiful church and grounds, friendly and helpful ...great restaurants and Tavernas, good variety of shops...amazing butchers and fruit shops! Bakeries and cafe's aplenty. Good and regular bus service - taxi station in CENTRE Best bus stop is in CENTRE by Biblioteka- Church-SkyBar. First Kremasti stop from airport is a long dark narrow road after roundabout ......2nd stop is CENTRE Great traditional food/atmosphere Kalagris near Church/centre Mimossa -on beach road . The place was cute and inexpensive but some roads have no sidewalk and the drivers are quite aggressive. Handy for visiting Rhodes town and near the airport. Large and spread out along a busy main road. Not the most attractive place and poor choice in the tavernas, mostly aimed at fast food options. Quiet small town, everything is easily accessible by local bus, or it is possible to rent a car. There are several supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries in the city. 3.5 km long coastal promenade, several beaches, which are very clean. It was a quick walk into the town of Kremasti, which had good cafés and bars, plus the beach was pretty close, but unfortunately we didn't give ourselves enough time to enjoy it, as we headed off to the island of Halki the next morning.
