This is a 2-star hotel with some appealing features. Very good for a few days’ stay. The room and bathroom are small but adequate. The small balcony overlooking the water and mountains is a real bonus. There is a large, very comfortably furnished terrace outside the front of the hotel with the same view.
3 minutes walk from the downtown restaurants make the location quiet in the evening. 7 minutes walk to the sandy beach on the west side of town. Breakfast is good and makes for excellent value overall.

We had an incredible one-night experience at Relax Hotel in Paleochora! The hotel is conveniently close to the beach and town center, which made exploring the area a breeze. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and came with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. The staff was genuinely welcoming and provided great tips for local dining. Breakfast had a delightful selection, including homemade Cretan dishes. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paleochora.
