This is an upside down house, which is very justified in the warm climate of Kos. This way, the bedrooms stay cool, while in the warmer open plan living-kitchen area, one doesn't spend much time except in the mornings and evenings during the holiday. Of course, there is air conditioning on both levels. It's a wonderful place. Quiet, yet close to all essential sights and beaches. The view from the balconies is fantastic, and the house itself is of very high quality. Highly recommended.SandorHungary
