Love the location and history of unit was very authentic type of home with beautiful antique type of furniture. We were there for a night of New Year’s Eve and left on New Year’s Day but our stay was very comfortable.

Agia Foteiny Beach is in 3 minute walking distance. The water is crystal clear. It's a pebble beach so there is no sticky sand. It gets really deep in a few meters so there aren't too many kids, which makes it calm and relaxing. There are several decent cafes and restaurants at the beachfront.
The lady running the premises, Eva is very friendly and helpful. She was a great guide who helped me with many good suggestions and was also nice to chat with.
The KTEL bus stop is also in very close walking distance with busses running to and from Port of Chios twice a day Monday through Friday.
