Same as other comments: I can recommend the restaurant across the plaza. The cheese is to melt for. Tip for a hot shower: Don't turn it on full throttle. Start slow.

Located in Potosí, within a 3-minute walk of Cathedral of Potosi and 300 yards of Plaza 10 de Noviembre, VIRREYES HOTEL has accommodations with a terrace and free WiFi throughout the property as well... Very clean and comfy rooms and friendly staff. The rooms have heating which was important to me after 4 days in the Salar with freezing temperatures. Really good breakfast, too.

Hotel CESARE has accommodations in Uyuni. There's a terrace and guests can use free WiFi and free private parking. We really enjoyed our stay!! It is a very personal hotel, Cesare does literally everything to make you feel at home. He is one of the most generous and sympathetic people we have met. The rooms are super clean, the beds are really comfortable, the shower has hot water and is not electrical (which is an exception in Uyuni) and the breakfast is really good. Without a doubt we would book here again if we are in Uyuni!
