ABC children’s, comedy and drama in the running for AWGIES
The ABC has received 16 nominations for the 2025 Australian Writers Guild awards (AWGIES) with the writers behind Beep and Mort receiving three nominations, and Total Control, and Gold Diggers each receiving two.

ABC News Top Stories was the most listened to podcast in Australia in December according to the Triton podcast ranker.
This is the first time an ABC podcast has topped the list since we joined Triton in November 2023.
