Excellent value for this 3 bottles set! We ordered these for $6.88 shipped, although I'm seeing them now for $4.50, what a steal!!They are not listed in the description or anywhere on their packaging to be BPA free. That is my only reason for deducting a star, although I did not check with the seller or manufacturer. They do list being made of quality...Uploading some photos so you can get an idea of their size. Love the old school look! These remind me of my childhood, visiting my dad's restaurant in Pioneer Square. So much fun! Smile.Buy with confidence. Hope this is helpful!

    After reading the reviews on these I was a bit hesitant to buy them. Especially since they don't have any caps to keep the contents fresh. I noted one review said they used vacuum line caps, so I ordered those also (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000COU1YO/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1).

    The containers are just as described. I tossed the cheap cardboard holder since I use them at home for personal use to make it easier on my son to apply the ketchup and mustard. The smaller size of red vacuum caps fits perfectly and unlike the crazy review that used wire nuts, they won't rust and contaminate the food. Plus they're easy to wash. I put my bottles in the top dishawasher rack and after 2 washes so far, the print on the bottles hasn't come off yet. The caps of the bottles wash well in the covered silverware holder, and the small vacuum caps are easily washed by hand.

    I was so happy with these I've ordered another set to put in the camp trailer, along with more vacuum caps to seal them.

    I like these bottles. They squeeze out nice, soft durable plastic, the tops stay on (good thread contact), but if you wish to store the condiments long term there are no caps. There are ridges for the caps, but are not with the product. BTW, I use a small piece of plastic wrap to seal it up, as the contents will dry up some (and block the spout) if you don't use it frequently.

    I also like the images, and look nice in the fridge, or on the picnic table. They are also less messy than the containers that come in the store, even if you still have to take the time to squeeze it from one to the other.

    I remember these from long ago on every diner table. I was so pleased to see their comeback! What I love about them is you squeeze out a small amount at first then add more as you wish. Most condiment containers come out in glops, in one spot! Mayo is a mess to spread. This keeps condiments coming out slowly. The only thing I would ask, make caps for the tops, please.

    Of course, there's the nostalgic aspect to these condiment dispensers, but for me their big advantage is that they're simply easier to use and much less messy than the new bottles that brand named products (especially ketchup) comes in. Those wide bottles that stand on their lids always have ketchup caked lids after a couple of uses. Not only my kids find the store bought bottles difficult to squeeze. By the time you apply enough pressure to get ketchup out of the store's bottle, you get a sudden small eruption of ketchup erupting out of the plastic cap.

    Of course, there are several brands of mustard that come in dispensers similar to these, but mayo? These containers are simply the best!

    True, you can't cap them, but given the tiny sized tube that the condiment comes through, there's little air coming in. Ketchup, mustard and mayo, seem to stay fresh in these as long as they do in the original container.

    ... and if you're the kind of person who likes to apply ketchup to one fry at a time, this is the kit for you!

    Buy your condiments in bulk and refill these as necessary.

    One thing I used to really like, and have missed significantly, are the diner-style mustard and ketchup squeeze bottles. Sure, you can buy the condiments in their own squeeze bottles, but every one that I've ever tried leave very much to be desired. They either give out far too much product, or they crust up at the opening, or both. When I came across these, I had to have them.

    There are some reviews that say the markings have come off. Mine haven't. I believe I also saw one that said they were flimsy. Mine aren't. They don't seem quite as sturdy as the ones from the '60s, but then what is? Could be that I'm bigger and stronger than I was back then, too.

    I've only used the mustard and ketchup ones so far. I'm waiting until I break into a new mayo jar to fill that one. The price is great for the mustard and ketchup bottles alone; the mayo is a bonus.

    For those of you who like to shake your mustard and ketchup first to mix in the liquid that separates out, you'll want to hold your finger over the tip opening while shaking. Interestingly, I've never gotten anything on my finger during that process (trapped air?).

    If you want a thin ribbon of mustard or ketchup that you can easily dispense and control, this set is for you.
