Chiesi USA, Inc. (the “Company”) has a Comprehensive Compliance Program that reflects the Company’s commitment to compliance with the full range of laws, regulations and policies that govern pharmaceutical marketing and selling activities in the United States. The Company’s Comprehensive Compliance Program is consistent with (i) the recommendations set forth in “Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers” published by the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, (ii) the provisions of the Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals created by the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (“PhRMA Code”) and (iii) the requirements of Sections 119400 and 119402 of the California Health and Safety Code. The goal of the Company’s Comprehensive Compliance Program is to maintain a culture that promotes the prevention, detection and resolution of potential violations of law or Company policy.

To help us to discover and address any possible breach of Chiesi Code of Conduct violations of laws or regulations or misconduct that could put Chiesi business or reputation at risk or cause damage to third parties, we welcome and encourage the reporting of such matters. Both Chiesi employees and non-employees can report concerns through Chiesi “SpeakUp&BeHeard” platform.

If you would prefer to use Chiesi “SpeakUp&BeHeard” Hotline to report a concern, US residents should call 1 855 290 6405.

If you are an employee, please first try to use the existing internal reporting channels (e.g. Human Resources, Legal or Compliance, according to applicable national rules and procedures) and inform your line manager of your concern. In the event that you do not feel comfortable raising your concern using the normal internal reporting channels, you can use the Chiesi “SpeakUp&BeHeard” web-based platform or hotline shared above.

Through “SpeakUp&BeHeard” it is possible to report any suspected breach of Chiesi Code of Conduct or violation of laws and regulations, affecting – in particular, but not only: diversity & inclusion; health & safety; interactions with healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and/or patients; human resources; environment; bribery and corruption; data protection; animal welfare, and antitrust.

We can provide an assurance that reporters will always be protected: we are committed to protect all reporters against any form of discrimination and/or retaliation in connection with any report made in good faith.

Any report submitted through “SpeakUp&BeHeard” will be given due consideration and will undergo a proper assessment process.
